We literally trialed 5-6 different carpet cleaners before finally hitting the jack-pot with Rande, THE Rug Expert + Customer Service Extraordinaire! When we moved from our previous home into our current home, I called Rande last minute and he delivered. Since then, we've used him for maintenance and upkeep as I foolishly keep selecting light-colored carpets for our stairs and bedrooms. In addition to our 2-yr old son and 2 active pups, we get TONS of foot traffic (e.g., OOT guests and local visitors) so it doesn't take long for our carpets to look dirty and mangy. No worries though because Rande makes our carpets look brand-new every time he visits. My days of searching for a carpet cleaner have come to an end. I will look no further! The Rug Expert is our guy! ...Oh and I should probably mention that my loving yet difficult-to-please mom is always super impressed with Rande's fabulous carpet-cleaning skills.

Rande was on time, did a great job and was very professional and the price was very fair. The carpet looks better then it did when we moved in years ago. I'm saving his card for next time!
